Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Mealza Marketing Full time

Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including marketing content, social media platform, advertising & online sale campaigns.
Work closely with E-Commerce Manager to accelerate E-commerce sales growth team across a group of e-commerce retailers including Shopee, Tiktok, Facebook, etc.
Execute sales and marketing strategies that increase sales conversion and achieve sales targets
Assist in developing product launch strategies & content development to align with the E-commerce vision, sales goals, and company campaigns.
Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Coordinating with advertising and media agencies to improve performance ad & marketing results.
Experience in creating various types of content such as image ad, video ad, live-streaming, short video, infographics, etc.
Managing creative & digital marketing staffs for each stage of the sale & digital marketing campaign implementation
Communicate effectively with other departments (Corporate & E-commerce Department) within the organization and function within a team environment.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
