**Location: Ara Damansara (Walking distance to LRT)**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM**

**Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000**

**Role Overview**:
Handle customer enquiries related to insurance products & claims

Provide accurate information and excellent service

Office-based role - no sales, no shift work

**Language Preference**:
Able to speak Mandarin and English

Clear and polite communication is a must

**Requirements**:
Minimum SPM qualification

Customer service experience is a plus
