Health & Safety Officer

**DAILY TASK**
- Monitor KSM security team presence and supervise their duty at site
- Control workers entering via KSM security post with EHS team
- Update daily manpower and share in Intel WhatsApp group
- Conduct daily EHS coordination meeting
- Conduct Weekly Mass tbm on weekly basis and pass down any information/ lesson learned/ updates
- Analysis findings on daily basis and conduct Daily tbm
- Plan CEP training for the week and conduct accordingly followed with Q&A session, Stretching for MSD program and prayers
- Review PTP for final stage before proceeding to work
- Monitor PTP briefing was conducted and randomly check on the effectiveness of the PTP briefing
- Monitor the work activity conducted as per stated in WMS with control measures as per stated in HIRARC and PTP
- Assign EHS team according to work location
- Update EHS coverage plan on daily basis and share in Intel WhatsApp group
- Update daily manpower and share in Intel WhatsApp group
- Supervise EHS monitoring their work area as per EHS coverage plan. Every 30 minutes need to be update in Intel WhatsApp group
- Monitor housekeeping activity internal and external area of Intel by KSM housekeeping crew
- Monitor housekeeping of sub-contractor team at work area and laydown/ fabrication area
- Control workers movement during break time at rest area and external area
- Prepare daily house keeping report for external area and submit to client
- Monitor daily sanitization conducted by KSM housekeeping crews
- Monitor workers welfare and facilities well maintained
- Prepare OAC report on weekly basis and present during the OAC meeting
- Prepare A3 report with preventive measures and present to Client
- Proceed with highwire inspection and monitor on KSM EHS team to do highwire inspections on daily basis via highwire mobile app
- Monitor subcontractor EHS conduct daily SBO and submit to KSM EHS on weekly basis
- Conduct daily EHS line walk with Intel SHO/ EHS
- Attend weekly SMBWA with Phase 1b, Phase 2, TI EHS and Intel team
- Conduct Weekly EHS committee line walks with KSM and sub con EHS
- Conduct weekly SMBWA for KMDP with Intel SHO/ EHS
- Prepare weekly EHS update and progress report to be submitted to Client
- Review high risk activities related documents and sign high risk activities PTP
- Monitor KSM EHS review all other risk activity related documents and sign related PTP accordingly
- Prepare Monthly EHS & SLT report
- Review HIRARC, Lifting Plan and EHS related documents
- Monitor all environmental impacting activity, schedule waste, construction waste and chemical storage.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To implement and to ensure compliance in all matters related to Occupational Safety and Health of project sites
- To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machineries, plants, equipment, substances, appliances or process or any description of manual labour used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work.
- To investigate, analyse and maintain statistics on any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work.
- To assist the project team / Safety and Health Committee, pursuant to regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee in organizing and implementing occupational safety and health programme at the place of work.
- To be secretary to the Safety and Health Committee and perform all functions of a secretary as specified in that regulations.
- To assist the Safety and Health Committee in any inspection of the place of work for the purpose of checking the effectiveness and efficacy of any measures taken in compliance with the Act or any regulations made under the Act.
- To carrying out the respective duties under the Act or any regulations made under the Act.
- To customize and implement Kinetics EHS requirements to suit the site requirements.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kinetics EHS Management System
- To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma/Degree in Environmental Health & Safety.
- 3-5 years experiences.
- Competent Safety & Health Officer
- Basic & trained first aider, Occupational First Aid, CPR and AED
- Fire and Rescue Tactics
- Building ERT Foundation
- Development of HIRADC
- Development of Procedure, Instruction, Form and System
- Development of Training Module
- Environmental Management
- Operate Microsoft office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT) and other software related/ required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
