A Warehouse Storekeeper manages the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, focusing on inventory management, storage, and distribution. They ensure accurate tracking of stock, maintain organized storage, and oversee the handling and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Stock Accuracy - Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies.

2. Coordination and Communication:

- Supplier and Vendor Coordination - Coordinating with consigners, suppliers, merchant and colleagues for timely deliveries and resolving any issues related to incoming goods.
- Transportation Coordination - Coordinating with transportation providers to ensure smooth and efficient outbound operations.
- Internal Communication - Maintaining clear communication with other departments, such as merchandiser and sales, to ensure smooth operations.

3. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

- Discrepancy Resolution - Identifying and resolving discrepancies in inventory or logistics.
- Issue Management - Addressing and resolving any issues or problems that arise within the warehouse operations.

4.Continuous Improvement - Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implementing solutions.

5. Storage and Organization - Ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently, maximizing space and accessibility.

6. Documentation - Recording all inventory transactions, including deliveries, returns, and adjustments.

7. Safety and Compliance - Adhering to safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and reporting any safety issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - to identify and resolve inventory issues.

2. Excellent organizational and communication skills - to collaborate with various teams and manage inventory processes effectively.

3. Proficiency in inventory management software and systems - to track always update stocks in out, create transfer note and maintain the accuracy of the stock amount in the system.

4. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

5. Experience with physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
