**Job Vacancy: Procurement Clerk**

We are seeking a **dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Clerk** to join our team.

**Company Description**
KYB-UMW Malaysia Sdn Bhd or formally known as Kayaba (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd was established in June of 1983. KYB specialises in manufacturing and assembling high-quality suspension systems that include shock absorbers and motorcycle suspension units.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle **consumable purchasing activities** including **Purchase Orders (PO), analysis, and Change Requests (CR)**:

- Manage both **local and overseas procurement**, focusing on inventory holding and **consumable stock reduction**:

- Perform regular follow-ups with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and update supplier records and procurement documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing needs
- Perform other related procurement and administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with teams

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
