Role and Responsibilities
  • Handle daily stock-in and stock-out processes with proper documentation.
  • Conduct cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Perform Goods Issuance (GI) and Goods Receiving (GR)
  • Track stock movement and report low or excess stock.
  • Maintain control logs to track critical stock items.
  • Assist with preparing purchase requisitions, check and follow-up on pending deliveries for completeness and quality.
  • Maintain clerical supplies and ensure the admin area is organized.
  • Prepare and manage inventory documentation including forms, requisitions, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Participate in stocktaking and audits.
  • Assist with data entry into ERP/inventory systems.
  • Maintain proper records for GI/GR, rejected goods, and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit daily receiving and issuance reports.
Job Success Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar field.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with basic procurement or purchasing processes is a plus.
