Job Description - Gather and compile employee data related to time attendance, leaves, and other relevant information for the accurate and timely processing of payroll. - Key in employee attendance data into the time attendance system and ensure its accuracy and completeness. - Oversee the process of employee uniform distribution, maintenance, and inventory management. - Ensure the proper organization and maintenance of records within the general administration and HR departments. - Assist the HR Executive in various Human Resources processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits administration, and performance management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws and regulations. - Prepare and generate reports related to HR activities as required by the HR Executive or management. - To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management. Qualifications & Skills - Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of HR generalist experience with a focus on payroll administration. - Possess strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and data. - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team when required. - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
