**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
- Report to Directors;
- Assist and provide administrative services for the Directors;
- To manage daily admin work including correspondence and all related matters assigned by your superiors;
- Organizes and maintain files of records and correspondence of both routine and confidential nature;
- Preparation and renewal of Tenancy agreement;
- Perform other duties & responsibilities assigned to you by the Company from time to time.
**Job requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Admin;
- Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience;
- Proficient in English;
- High level verbal and written communications skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills;
