Content Strategist

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **strong copywriting-based Content Strategist** to plan, manage, and execute content strategies across our in-house brands — **Mafar Group, Mafar Academy, Mafar Studio, Mafar Healthcare, and Mafar Tech.**

You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice, storytelling direction, and content performance framework.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write and edit content for **ads, landing pages, short-form videos, and social media posts**.
- Plan and execute **campaign-based content** in line with brand goals.
- Maintain **consistent brand voice and storytelling** in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Create and manage **content calendars** across multiple brands.
- Track and evaluate **content performance metrics** to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with **social media trends and formats** (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- 1-3 years experience in **copywriting or content strategy**.
- Strong **bilingual writing skills** (Bahasa Melayu & English).
- Background in **marketing, healthcare, education, or business** is an advantage.
- **Creative and analytical thinker**, able to turn insights into engaging content.
- Self-starter with good time management and attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
