The Junior Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the transition of IT supply from in-country entities to the Regional Delivery Center (RDC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a fixed-term contract position focused on assisting in the planning, coordination, and oversight of local OE transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and at the required quality standards. The Project Coordinator will work closely with local and RDC project teams to ensure a successful transition by the end of 2025.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning and Support**:

- Assist in developing and refining project plans for the transition, including detailed scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Support the execution of project plans, ensuring activities progress according to schedule and within budget.

**2. Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with local and RDC project teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the transition plan.
- Provide proactive support to local project teams, helping them to resolve issues and maintain progress.

**3. Risk and Issue Management**:

- Assist in identifying and managing project-level risks and issues, ensuring robust mitigation strategies are in place.
- Support the escalation of significant risks and issues to the Program Manager as needed.

**4. Resource Management**:

- Support coordination and allocation of resources across the project to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.

**5. Reporting and Communication**:

- Provide detailed updates to the Program Manager and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive project status reports and other documentation as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Basic understanding of IT supply processes and transformation projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Additional Details**:

- **Working Hour**: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- **Location**:Kuala Lumpur
- **Contract Duration**: Fixed Term Contract (until December 2025)
- **Salary Range**: Up to RM8,300.00

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,300.00 per month
