We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Junior Project Manager who can also perform business analyst duties to strengthen our project delivery team. The ideal candidate will primarily manage and coordinate projects but possess the analytical skills to gather, analyse, and document stakeholder requirements. This is a hands-on role requiring strong project execution capabilities and an analytical approach to solving business challenges.

Key Responsibilities


• Project Planning & Delivery Assist in the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones. Manage project tasks, deadlines, and resources to meet objectives and ensure project success.


• Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document business and technical requirements. Translate stakeholder needs into actionable project deliverables and specifications.


• Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Ensure ongoing alignment and clear communication across all project phases.


• Execution & Monitoring Support the execution of project activities, monitor progress against plans, and flag issues impacting timelines or deliverables. Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders.


• Business Process Improvement Identify and analyse opportunities for business process optimisation within projects. Support change initiatives by offering data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.


• Risk & Issue Management Assist in the identification and tracking of project risks and issues. Contribute to the development and implementation of mitigation and escalation strategies.
• Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain project documentation including requirements, business cases, user stories, process flows, meeting notes, and progress reports, ensuring all information is current and accurate.


• User Adoption & Training Assist in the creation of training materials and support user adoption activities as required to ensure successful project rollouts.
