Job Summary
A District Manager / Junior AM supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborating with the Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
- Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections.
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
