Role Description

The Junior Business Development Manager will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The role will involve market research, lead generation, preparation of proposals, and managing client communications. This is a full-time, on-site position located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals while gaining hands-on experience in business development operations.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and proposal development
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills with a goal-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in relevant business tools and software is an advantage (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in business development or a related role is a plus but not mandatory
