About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and have a proven ability to create visually compelling and impactful designs across various media, including graphic and video content. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a wide range of creative assets, including social media graphics, video production, content development, and print materials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your designs align with our brand identity and meet the specific needs of each project. A proactive work attitude and a commitment to timely delivery are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create innovative design solutions for a variety of projects, including social media graphics, content development, print materials, and video assets.
  • Actively manage the full design lifecycle from concept to final output, ensuring proactive communication and smooth workflow.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand project requirements, target audiences, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand identity and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs align with overall project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and consistently ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide rapid design support for ad-hoc event marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Occasional business travel may be required to support events or content production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your work in both static and motion/video formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and project prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
