As we scale across TikTok, Shopee, and our own retail network, we're looking for a Junior Multimedia Designer to elevate our brand storytelling across visual touchpoints—from social campaigns and eCommerce banners to live content, packaging, and motion graphics.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and design creative materials for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and develop content, including the promotional calendar for company platforms.
  • Create and edit video content for promotional campaigns, social media, and other marketing purposes.
  • Ensure all designs and visuals align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the brand remains fresh and engaging.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc design or creative tasks assigned by the superior.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent design tools.
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail with good visual and creative sense.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
