Junior Multimedia Designer

Social, Marketing & Learning Content

(Full-Time Contractor, Remote)

We're looking for a highly creative Multimedia Designer to bring our brand to life across video, social, marketing, and educational content. You'll create visually engaging materials that connect with Millennial and Gen Z audiences, including product explainer videos, social media content, and marketing assets (digital and print).

As a key creative contributor, you'll collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas and scripts into compelling visuals, helping us educate people about data ownership.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce a wide range of multimedia content for social media posts, reels, product explainer videos, marketing one-pagers, and brochures.
  • Create videos for our in-app learning platform, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment with brand tone.
  • Storyboard and plan content based on scripts and creative briefs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams.
  • Uphold and expand on existing brand guidelines by producing high-quality work that inspires future design direction.
  • When needed, source or integrate voice-overs, sound effects, and royalty-free music.
  • Contribute creative ideas and push projects forward independently. We value initiative, curiosity, and original thinking

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in multimedia, motion, or video design (quality of work matters more than experience years).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing, animation, and visual design.
  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or comparable alternatives, and willingness to explore and suggest new tools or techniques that boost creativity, speed, or quality.
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones (team primarily based in Europe and Asia).
  • Self-starter mindset: comfortable with flexibility, feedback, and ambiguity in a startup environment.
  • Learning and growth mindset. We're driven by curiosity and continuous improvement, both individually and as a team.
  • Bonus: Experience with audio editing, voice-over integration, or sourcing music.
