About the role

TRUST HEALTH ASIA (THA) is seeking an experienced Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team in our HQ management office, Damai Perdana, Cheras. This full-time position will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and multimedia assets to support our marketing initiatives and brand development.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing visually compelling graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets for use across our website, social media channels, advertising campaigns, and other marketing materials
  • Producing high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics to enhance our multimedia content strategy
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative ideas that align with our brand identity and campaign objectives
  • Ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints
  • Continuously staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the visual appeal of our content
  • Managing project timelines and efficiently delivering design assets within established deadlines

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a graphic design or multimedia designer role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition
  • Ability to conceptualise and translate creative ideas into visually engaging design solutions
  • Familiarity with video editing, animation, and motion graphics software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
