Major responsibilities:

· Achieve the annual revenue & Gross Profit budget for the assigned territory

· Key account management - Malaysia

· Establish Tridonic as a leading component supplier to the lighting industry in the region

· Distribution Channel appointment and engagement

· Establish contact with all the OEM in the territory and manage key accounts directly

· Conduct seminars, trainings for distributors and OEM's.

· Demand generation support for OEM, distributors by establishing contacts in key projects

· Solution sales – lighting management systems

· Act as lead contact for assigned customers and distributors for any commercial and technical topics.

· Establish frequent interaction with the respective customer/distributor via ongoing customer visits, written and verbal communication.

· Customer Pricing management

· Preparing of customer price lists, quotation, sales forecast and yearly sales budget.

· Coordinate with internal sales any commercial customer demand.

· Coordinate with technical department all technical inquiries from customer and assigned distributors.

· Formulating effective sales strategies and policies together with the Regional Sales Manager.

· Drive new product launches for the assigned area.

· Frequent monitoring and reporting of market trends as well as competition activities.

· Monitoring of receivables for the assigned customer and ensure payment collection.

· Gather, consolidate and review data for the assigned area for frequent business reviews.

Requirements:

· More than 5 years sales experience in the lighting field with distributors and OEM.

· Completed vocational training or studies

· Technology, technical sales

· Structured way of working

· Languages: English
