Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the front-line connection between our company and potential customers, responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, a resilient networker, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Customer Engagement:


• Present, promote, and sell our products/services to existing and prospective customers.


• Identify and qualify new sales leads through stores visitation, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.


• Clearly articulate the value proposition of sales proposals to ensure customers are well-informed.


• Prepare and present sales contracts in accordance with company policies.

Customer Relationship Management:


• Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients.


• Resolve customer complaints and issues proactively to ensure satisfaction before and after the sale.


• Solicit and act upon customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.

Performance & Strategy:


• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales goals.


• Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.


• Understand market trends and potential by researching industry and competitive developments.

Team Collaboration & Professional Development:


• Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices and achieve collective targets.


• Maintain excellent product and industry knowledge by staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.


• Significant, proven experience in Vape Industry or in a similar sales role may substitute for a degree. Candidates with a high school diploma and a strong sales record are encouraged to apply.


• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly advantageous.
