Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and guide assigned sales representatives/executives in building strong relationships with key contacts such as buyers and store managers.
- Provide customers with objective and reliable business analysis to ensure optimal product assortment and visibility of Power Root products at retail outlets.
- Proactively understand customer needs and develop effective business solutions that meet both company and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and follow up on sales performance, new product updates, customer service matters, receivables, and claims.
- Interpret and analyze sales reports to identify challenges, business gaps, and new opportunities for growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively expand business opportunities within the market.
- Oversee merchandising execution including product display, POSM placement, price-tag maintenance, FEFO product rotation, freshness, and store hygiene.
- Execute company-driven programs such as sell-out, off-take, buy-in, and consumer/trade engagement initiatives.
- Maximize customer investment to generate the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
- Meet sales, volume, and profitability targets set by management.
- Collaborate with sales representatives/executives to identify risks, opportunities, and to develop customer plans that increase sales, distribution, and market share.
- Present and activate sales and marketing programs at regional and store levels.
- Lead people development through performance management, coaching, goal setting, feedback, appraisals, training, and recruitment activities.
- Ensure the field sales team has the required tools, skills, and competencies to deliver strong results.
- Provide timely communication, reporting, and insights to senior management and field sales teams.
- Allocate manpower and financial resources effectively to align with business plans.
Education
- Bachelor's degree and above in
Marketing
,
Business Administration
, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum
4–6 years of FMCG sales experience
. - At least
2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
leading a sales team.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales management software, and MS Office Suite.
