About the role

As a Digital Marketing Sales Representative (Telesales) at TDCX MY, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth through outbound calls. This full-time position is located in Kuala Lumpur, MY and requires proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and reaching out to prospective customers through inbound calls
  2. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and pitch relevant products or services
  3. Collaborating with the team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
  2. Proven sales experience, preferably in a call centre or telesales environment
  3. Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  4. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
