**About the Role**:
As a Service Advisor at Proton e.Mas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing workshop operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be stationed at our Juru Auto City outlet.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and enquiries, providing clear and concise explanations.
- Advise customers on the best course of action for their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.

**Workshop Operations**:

- Manage the workshop workflow to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule repair work.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards and regulations.

**Vehicle diagnosis and Estimation**:

- Correctly diagnose vehicle faults and provide detailed repair estimates.
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in easy-to-understand terms.
- Obtain customer authorisation for repairs before proceeding.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect completed repair work to ensure high-quality standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.
- Prepare invoices and other necessary documentation.
- Handle customer payments and billing.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, particularly electric vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and diagnostic tools.
- Valid driving license.
