**Job requirements**
- preferably with a year experience or some experience in handling conveyancing matters and dealing with banks
- team player
- responsible
- able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage but not required.

**Job scope**
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- assist lawyer in conveyancing matters
- ensure that all transactions meet their legal obligations
- filing and registering all legal paperwork for property transfer
- informing clients on the progress of their transactions while professionally answering their queries
- working hours 8.00 am to 5.00 pm

**Benefits**
