**Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor location of vehicles using GPS platform, driver harsh behaviour, idle time, and speeding alerts.
- Send alerts to driver if they are over speeding limit and idling time.
- Prepare monthly driver report card for Management review.
- Organize a team of drivers and ensure vehicles are properly serviced and maintained. Schedule regular maintenance appointments.
- Maintain records for road tax and MOT schedules ensuring vehicles are compliant for road use.
- Help to coordinate emergency repairs if any of the vehicles in the fleet encounter problems on the road.
- Maintaining records of fuel usage and mileage for each vehicle in order to prepare invoices for billing purposes.
- Update Driver details into fleet management system.
- Update any receive summons in the driver report card.

**Requirements**:

- Great written and verbal communication skill.
- Knowledge of best driving, delivery, vehicle maintenance and other industry practices.
- Basic math and data analysis skills.
- Sense of urgency to vehicles repairs and maintenance.
- Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics, including the ability to identify when major repairs are needed.
- Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills. - Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Competence in the Ms Office and other computer requirements.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
