Monitoring the quality of works done by sub-contractors, workers, and items delivered to the site.
- Able to liaise with all the suppliers, sub-contractors and make sure of quality of works at site and the design is up to our design team standard.
- Good social interaction with Client, Building Management, Vendors, Sub-contractors, suppliers and the team
- Renovation schedule planning.
- To carry out supervision and monitoring of all the C&S and architectural construction / installation works.
- Supervise and control sub-contractors daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the work.
- Check and inspect works in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plans.
- Ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified / passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.
- Responsible overall supervision of project site progress.
- Conduct site survey and measurement work.
- Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification and procedure.
- Report any discrepancies or delay in works & follow-up procedure
- Able to manage multiple site at one time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
