We offer competitive salary and benefits, as well as a working environment where you’re valued as part of the team. - excluding partnerships Key Responsibilities: **BUSINESS **CONTINUITY** - Conduct regular Business Impact Analysis (BIA) with business managers to maintain recovery requirements and prioritize critical processes to ensure they remain valid and fit in the _event _of a crisis/business disruption. - Support in the event of a business disruption to manage the response coordination and communications. - Review and update the Business Continuity master plan, test plan, policies and procedures. - Document any issues experienced and lessons learnt in a business disruption and track the progress to resolve open issues. - Maintain good working relationships with representatives of key business functions to help coordinating an adequate response in a crisis of business disruption. - Provide a coordination role to support Crisis Management Teams in the management of crises and serious incidents in accordance with Crisis Management Plans, Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans. - Provide training and guidance to Business Continuity Coordinators/Respondents so they can maintain Business Continuity Plans and manage response efforts. - Coordinate the review, maintenance and testing of technology for core infrastructure services - Assist to manage emergency communication system, Everbridge and ensure that all staffs are appropriately covered by this system. Conduct regular testing to validate the effectiveness of this system. - Maintain and make available management information reporting detailing the current status of all Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plans. - Explain and rationalize Business Continuity to business and technical staffs. **OUTSOURCING** - Collaborate with business stakeholders for any outsourcing arrangements. - Coordinate and manage project from inception to completion. - Coordinate regular service review and prepare outsourcing services performance for dashboard reporting. - Attend to outsourcing related questions, line up and facilitate discussion to proper document all outsourcing activities. - Maintain SLA repository for outsourcing initiatives and keeps records of documents. - Follow up on the review process by legal and keeping stakeholders informed of all updates and progress. - Manage and support the SLA annual review process. - Help ensure regulatory requirements and BNPP policies are complied with. **Requirements**: - Degree in related fields - Business continuity experience in financial services sector - Strong organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of business opeartions and procedures **Primary Location**: MY-14-Kuala Lumpur **Job Type**: Standard / Permanent **Job**: SECURITY OR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT **Education Level***: Bachelor Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years) **Experience Level***: At least 7 years
