**Job description**
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
- Update our internal databases with information about useful discussions with customers
- Manage customer complaints and feedback accordingly
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Gather customer feedback and share with your teammates/team leaders
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
