Job Description:

- Record production data, machine downtime, and waste analysis.
- Support supervisors / superior in compiling reports for process improvements.
- Assist in documenting corrective actions related to cleanliness, safety, and equipment management.
- Participate in process improvement projects, such as optimizing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Assist in trial runs of new raw materials, machinery, or packaging solutions.
- Support the implementation of 5S, Work Instruction (WI), Standard of Procedure (SOP) and related production improvement.
- Assist in tracking and analysing production rejection rates from backend to packing section.
- Support projects aimed at reducing wastage, such as process improvements or equipment modifications.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in the production area.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:

- Basic understanding of food manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written.
- Previous internship or project experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety regulations is an advantage.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
