**Job Description**:
**Reports To**:Material Planning Manager

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform forecast demand analysis, Safety stock level, demand validation prior to DSI execution.

ü Review weekly forecast changes and impacts with demand planning and buyer.

ü Support supply risk simulation on potential demand upside/downside.

ü Releasing purchase requisition to buyer according to MRP planned order.

ü Working with NPI procurement team to obtain risk buy approval for qualification material according to MRP shortages.

ü Perform material check to support Special order/NPI qualification build.

ü Responsible to obtain disposition for NPI material prior to LVM/HVM.

ü Review weekly build plan requirement and work with buyer to pull in shortage material to meet loading plan.

ü Ensure no expire material and sufficient reel of material prior to loading plan.

ü Review material shortages list and perform risk assessment on customer order.

ü Provide WOI/WOS report and manage inventory either reclass or inter-site balance to leverage excess inventory according to demand trend.

ü Obtain disposition for excess, aging, old revision, NPI qualification & ECO material on time.

ü Working with ECO coordinator and planner to deplete old material and ensure new material ready to support ECO change.

ü Provide weekly/Month E&O report and work with buyer on the excess inventory and Purchase order.

ü Participate in system and process enhancement.

REQUIRED:
ü Bachelor’s degree in any field.

ü At least 3 years in any Business Administration, Procurement or Supply Chain Management.

ü Fair command of spoken and written English.

PREFERRED:
ü Knowledge in ERP system (SAP, Oracle Cloud), Agile, reporting systems, Procurement system, Supply Chain, or Logistics is preferred.

ü Understand the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Quality Management Systems.

SKILLS:
ü Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

ü Ability to prepare purchasing related reporting and data representation function.

ü Strong interpersonal skills to lead meetings with internal team.

ü Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and result oriented.

ü Good team player, excellent communication and cooperate with multi-function team to achieve target and solve problem.

**Qualifications**:
