**Job Summary**:
To deliver lectures to students and to provide and plan the academic and personal development of students. To prepare examination papers and administer, supervise and carry out assessment or examinations as required by the Academy. To conduct curriculum development and develop course materials for specific courses and engage in research and development work for the purposes of advancement of teaching and learning in areas consistent with the vision and mission of the Academy. To take part and assist in training courses to upgrade skills
- Develop, review, update and prepare WIM and student portfolios, in compliance with the NOSS of the programme.
- Conduct and deliver quality lectures, tutorials, discussion, workshops, consultancy and other means of learning facilitation professionally and effectively to students.
- Actively involve in visit from Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) if any.
- Closely work with PPL on the examination procedures, visits, updated WIM etc.
- Update all the examination and portfolios mark into the MySpike System.
- Involve in the development of examination papers and other assessments accordingly to the course learning outcomes, invigilate examinations and evaluate students’ performance;
- Contribute to the development of the new academic programme and to provide ideas, suggestions, proposals, and recommendation to further improve the overall operations, management and profitability of the faculty and the university;
- Consistently monitor and provide feedback to students on their performance and to provide academic counselling to students;
- nvolve in general academic administration of the faculty; attending meetings, participating in events and working groups
- Involve in marketing activities such as education fairs, open days and other marketing drives;
- Participating in program team activities and act as leaders of a course when needed.
- Assisting in admission, enrolment and induction of students.

a. Possess a Vocational Training Operation ( VTO )

b. Possess a PP-PPD-PPB Induction Course

c. Possess a Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Tahap 1, 2 & 3
