Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operation of the accounts department.
- Handling Daily Accounts Receivable (AR) Function.
- Check the sales report submitted by Operation Department.
- Generate Month end sales Report.
- Ensuring all payments are made based on the Standard Procedure of the Company.
- Updating cash book, banking administration, processing of payments.
- Performing bank reconciliation for both excel cash book and accounting system.
- To update and maintain accurate accounting entry into system.
- Assist on month end / year end accounts closing.
- Filing and maintain proper accounting records.
- To perform any other Ad hoc related tasks from time to time as assigned by superior - Accounts Executive.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- **Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Receivable is required**:
- Able to handle volume in transactions and to work independently
- Experience in SQL Accounting System is an added advantage
- Experience in Hotel Industry is an advantage
- Proficient in English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
