- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers/clients/dealers/suppliers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in business or relevant studies
- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin to communicate with foreign stakeholders
- Able to communicate in English and Malay
- At least **1 year of experience** as Sales Admin

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
