**Job Scope**:

- Responsible for sending messages daily on LinkedIn for sourcing and business development purposes (no direct communication required; focus on scheduling calls with our consultants).
- Perform administrative tasks, including updating records in the database, maintaining Excel sheets, and other related duties.

2. Client Acquisition:

- Acquire new clients via cold and warm calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other networking methods, focusing on the Dubai and Hong Kong markets.

3. Lead Generation:

- Conduct thorough research to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities in Dubai and Hong Kong.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Dubai and Hong Kong markets is a plus.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other recruitment platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Office Locations: Medan Connaught / Sunway Velocity**

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
