About the role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals align with business needs. Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to support hiring efforts.
- Employer Branding and Promotion: Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s employer brand through online presence, job advertisements, and recruitment campaigns. Promote the organization as an employer of choice by creating engaging recruitment content and participating in events.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Familiar with sourcing techniques and platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, and a results-oriented mindset focused on achieving KPIs.

Skills and Competencies:

- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Result Driven: Pursue recruitment effort with energy, drive, and a need to finish.

Nice to have:

- Prior experience in a similar or relevant industry, such as healthcare, tech, or consumer services.
- Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
