Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research, strategizing, and executing content across various social media platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and strategic planning to curate compelling content for our social media channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring seamless coordination with the team for optimal implementation.
- Create original, high-quality content including posts, videos, and images tailored to resonate with our client's audience, fostering engagement, awareness, and follower growth.
- Efficiently manage projects, adhering to specific requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with media representatives, celebrities, and influencers to achieve marketing objectives.
- Actively promote content across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, while monitoring and responding to audience engagement metrics.
- Maintain and update content on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, including posts, stories, live sessions, and copywriting.
- Manage or conduct daily live sessions to engage with our audience and cultivate community interaction.
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insightful reports for ongoing improvement initiatives.

- Creativity and Independence: Generate compelling content ideas autonomously.
- Social Media Savvy: Actively engage on social platforms, staying abreast of trends.
- Excellent Communication: Strong proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Presentable Online Presence: Maintain professionalism across social media.
- Interpersonal Skills: Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm: Highly motivated and flexible.
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: Familiarity with TikTok trends and features.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with time management and organization.
- Passion for Storytelling: Creative with impactful messaging.
- Energetic and Cheerful: Maintain positivity in the workplace.
- Editing skills using Capcut / other editing apps
