**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategics’ Planning, Monitoring and Reporting
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Present realistic forecasts and budgets to the management team
- Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem/opportunities areas and adapt procedures
- Accountable for accurate monitoring of sales rebate spends and accruals including ROI planning and reporting
- Input to sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem / opportunities areas and adapt procedures.
- Monitor sales rebate spends and accruals accurately including ROI planning and reporting.
- Performing sales analyses, assessing the results and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Constantly reviewing, providing feedback, analysing sales data and sales related reports to the management.

Collection
- To work with finance team for AR collection within sets Credit Terms
- Overseeing the sales team on debt collection and ensuring all outstanding payment is resolved.

Product and Market Knowledge
- Identify customer needs, emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor status
- Studying current market trends on products, gathering feedback from customers and market to enhance the products' quality and branding image, and sharing the findings with the internal teams and top management.

Stakeholder Management / CRM
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Communicate closely with sales teams on agreed detailed plans and appropriate follow up.
- Negotiate sales with existing and new Modern Trade customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.

People Leadership
- Monitoring the performance and KPI of the sales team and motivating members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Managing, providing training and overall guidance to the sales team
- Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
- Ensure a robust cascade to the sales and merchandising team on promotion, timing, new listing status, displays, Mailers’ timing and features and that clear actionable reporting and follow up are established

**; Requirements**: - Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a sales representative or sales manager dealing with modern trade channels.
- Experienced to deal with IKA (Aeon, Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer, GCH, Isetan and etc)
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and leadership skills
- Strong in planning and communication
- Structured and organized way of working and multi-tasks.

Up to RM7. 5k - RM10k
Basic + allowances + comm(% on total sales by tier)
