You'll play an important role in: '¢ overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of our QHSE management system '¢ maintaining our strong QHSE culture by continually raising awareness, whilst delivering training and ongoing initiatives '¢ conducting periodic HSE audits and preparing audit reports in support of Orsted ISO accreditation '¢ creating a good QHSE reporting culture through leading by example, raising awareness, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned, incl. registration and implementation '¢ carrying out routine incident investigations and identifying lessons learned for continual improvement '¢ maintaining a working knowledge of Malaysian QHSE legislation and other QHSE requirements and standards. To succeed in the role, you: '¢ have strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills '¢ have a degree or similar within QHSE, or a Technical or Engineering discipline '¢ have QHSE qualifications, incl. as a qualified trainer, ISO auditor and in incident investigation, as well as certification from a recognised institute or governmental body '¢ have extensive experience in developing and delivering training and QHSE culture programmes '¢ possess excellent stakeholder management and people skills.
