Master the warehouse/logistic process, actively and to support the team by (but not limit to):

- Planning staff, consumables and equipment’s according to project information given, project assumptions and, in a shorter term, following the shipment pre-alert forwarded by the planning team
- Monitor warehouse receiving operations and containers un-stuffing according to the standard operations and procedures given
- Monitor quality control team to identify cargo defects. Organize necessary split of cargo when necessary
- Organize team to perform receiving put-away in accordance with the directions given by the inventory team
- Coordinate cycle counting and inventory check for the inventory control team
- Organize cargo picking upon inventory team request and following the handling instructions given
- Ensure a proper counter check of the items identification numbers and quantities picked to identify picking mistakes and their origin
- Monitor the container stuffing in a time efficient manner and following the specific handling instructions given to ensure the cargo safety.
- Perform all the reporting and data recording needed to protect the company interest in case of dispute with the customers on quantitative and qualitative inbound and outbound activity
- Take all the necessary pictures of inbound and outbound container and ensure a proper tracking and tracing system for further reference in case of dispute with the customer
- Take corrective action against the procedures or staff putting the trouble in the operations and refraining the team to perform according to the KPI given
- Organize regular training of the staff on cargo handling instructions, working efficiency (speed vs. quality), handling equipment utilization, company assets usage and company policy respect
- Control the contractor staff working hour and minimize the total working time to reduce the cost (minimizing work at night time and during Sundays and public holidays)
- Customer service to the clients, liaison with specific customers to maintain customer base
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers
- Help to deal with suppliers and customer queries, including questions regarding accounts
- Develop, review, maintain, implement and ensure ISO compliance for warehouse
- Contribute to other developing of the company on ad hoc basis

Requirement:

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of operations management in the logistics industry.
- Preferably coming from the containerized cargo inbound and outbound operations.
- Experience of storage process and inventory management also required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
