- Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm), Sat (8 am -12 pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- In charge of order processing.
- Follow up on collection of cash from driver.
- Facilitate Delivery orders.
- Attend to complaints and enquiries from customers.
- File documents and undertake basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Write Sales reports and incident reports.
- Call customers.
- Retrieve orders from supplier portal.
- Coordinate with Modern Trade Department on supermarket delivery and arrange return goods from the supermarket.
