**eCommerce Operations Executive** plays the role of key account management & strategic planning, business & relationship development. Bringing company products to all key E-Commerce platforms, and continually deliver the best online shopping experience to consumer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in eCommerce operations, manage and update website and ecommerce including creation product listing, crafting of product write-up, right-sizing of photo images on ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and any other future platforms.
- Responsible for ecommerce transaction management, particularly in dealing with global payment methods. Multiple in shipping option. Familiar with delivery flow for 3PL Shopee and Lazada marketplace.
- Responsible for the end-to-end ordering flow from PO to Billing.
- Assist in developing business plan and marketing and operational plan.
- Assist in expansion of E-Commerce business opportunities in mobile/social commerce and cross-border trade.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree Business or Economics or any relevance. Knowledge and background in ecommerce field is preferred.
- Between 3 - 6 years of experience in similar role in Operation/Hands-on of e-Commerce platforms.
- Familiar with e-Commerce End to End flow.
- Familiar with order flows, fulfillment, and the warehouse dispatch process within an ecommerce business.
- Experience in social media is a plus.
- Consumer-first mindset, team-player.
- Fluent written & verbal communication skills in English.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
