**Human Resources & Operations Executive**
**Job Summary**
Responsible for the management and performance of all tasks in relation to the Company’s Human Resources Department, in particular in the hiring process, management of employees’ human resources-related matters and enforcement of the Company’s human resources policies.
**What is this job about?**
- Manage and perform the full functions of the Company’s human resources activities (i.e. recruitment selection, employee management, and employee exit process) and day-to-day operations of the Company.
- Maintenance and upkeeping the Company’s human resources records.
- Assist with arrangement of on-boarding new employees (i.e. new employee training schedule, travel and accommodation needs, etc.).
- Assist in the performance management process (i.e. conducting of performance review, staff performance counselling, etc.) as required.
- Assisting in developing, updating and implementing the Company’s human resources policies (e.g. appraisal and evaluation system, reward and disciplinary system, division and adaptation of job scope and responsibilities, operational workflow).
- Support the Company’s present and future business needs by developing, motivating and preserving talent.
- Engagement with third-party companies to source for / enhance the Company’s employees’ welfare and benefits.
- Any other relevant ad hoc tasks (in respect of verifying payments to employees other than payroll, third-party accounts payable, and maintenance / upkeep of Company’s assets).
**Who are we looking for?**
- Language proficiency:
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Working proficiency in written and spoken Chinese Mandarin or other dialects would be an advantage.
- Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Working knowledge of relevant Malaysian employment laws (i.e. Employment Act 1955)
- Good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to work as a team.
- Matured and able to work independently, with minimum supervision.
- Analytical thinking and skilled in problem-solving.
**Salary Range: RM2,500 - RM3,300-00**
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
