Key Responsibilities :

1) In the Human Resources Department excellence spectrum, delivering exceptional resort administration services across all functions of the Human Resources Department, ensuring excellence in client service and support.

2) Provide exceptional assistance in the spectrum of the Human Resources Department's internal, external, and general operations process.

3) Responsible for supporting the engagement plan, transformation initiatives, communication activities, and ad-hoc programs within the Human Resources and Administration portfolio, while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal guidelines.

4) Responsible for maintaining up-to-date office administration records while ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of all data at all times.

5) Support administrative tasks such as managing HR files, scheduling meetings, and preparing communication materials.

6) Responsible to address clientele inquiries or ad-hoc requests and channel them appropriately to ensure business continuity.

7) Work closely with the other associates to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.

8) Adhere to all safety and health guidelines in handling general operations.

9) Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all Human Resources Department areas.

10) Available to perform tasks as assigned by management on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirement :

1) December intake for Internship Programs with a minimum duration of 6-months.

2) Currently pursuing a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.

3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

5) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

6) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
