About the role

Join Jun Cuisine Enterprise Sdn Bhd' as a Human Resource Executive based in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting the company's human resource operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews
  2. Administering employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures
  3. Managing all matters related to foreign workers including FOMEMA medical check-up, work visa renewal, passport renewal, and other related matters, through liaise with foreign worker agent
  4. Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
  5. Providing support with payroll processing and benefits administration
  6. Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  7. Addressing employee queries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
  8. Collaborating with departmental managers to identify and address HR-related needs
  9. Participating in the planning and execution of HR initiatives and projects

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and best practices
  4. Understand and follow the Employee Act 1955 & liaise with government, such as JTK, JKKP and Immigration
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  8. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  9. Familiarity with HR software and systems
