**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, prospecting potential customers, and generating new leads within the FMCG sector.
- **Product Promotion**: Promote and demonstrate products to potential clients, providing in-depth product knowledge and highlighting the benefits of the brand.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and loyalty.
- **Market Research & Feedback**: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent performance.
- **Negotiation & Contract Management**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers and distributors to secure profitable sales contracts.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in FMCG sales, ideally in a similar industry (Consumer Goods, Retail, or Distribution).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
- Speak in Mandarin and Malay

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
