WE ARE HIRING — SALES REPRESENTATIVE

J.B. CIP SEN TRADING SDN BHD (Ulu Tiram, Johor)

FMCG Distributor (Household, Personal Care, Snacks, Pet Food)

Job Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned customers daily (grocery shops, mini markets, convenience stores)
  • Take orders, promote products, and write sales
  • Ensure proper shelf display, stock checking, and replenishment at outlets
  • Follow up on customer needs and market trends
  • Collect payments according to company SOP (no private receipts allowed)
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the company
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Must be honest, responsible, and have no bad records (no cheating, no CTOS issues, no criminal history)

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Salary: RM5000-RM10k (based on performances)

Requirements

  • Possess a valid driving license (car/motorcycle)
  • Sales experience preferred (FMCG or grocery route is an advantage)

  • Honest and trustworthy is a must
