**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. _**(Events/Fair/Expo/Trending Products/Consumer Age Group/Price & Quality of the products)**_
- Prepare content writing and managing the corporate social media pages, websites and drive digital & social media campaigns to improve customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events management.
- Able to handle multiple social media account.
- To prepare monthly report i.e. monthly marketing activities, customer survey report, customer membership and others.
- To collect product testimonial from customers _**(Regular Update)**_
- Maintain & response to customer’s inquiry on social media during weekend _**(Scheduled Post/Reply Messages)**_
- Handling ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mass communication, Marketing or its equivalent.
- Familiar in Pet Industries with all kind of pet related products.
- Must be professional when communicating with customers while using our social media account.
- Proficient in Adobe/Photoshop/AI/Canva/Video Editing Software.
- Fun, energetic, creative and NOT Camera Shy.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistic methods.
- Good sense of humors_**, **_content marketing creation must relate to pet industries._**(Avoid overdone humor content) **_
- Good listener characteristics which able to gain different perspectives feedback or idea.
- Proficient in English, Malay, & Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
