**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for assisting relevant departments in reviewing the quantity and delivery schedule of general contracts.
- Responsible for quoting new products to customers and checking and confirming the invoicing notices prepared by subordinates.
- Responsible for effective statistics and management of material logistics based on the department's production capacity, production plan, and shipping plan. Prepare and track the execution of monthly procurement plans.
- Coordinate relationships between departments during the product production process.
- Supervise and inspect inventory items and materials, confirm the scrapping process for defective materials and products, and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Stay informed about production status and adjust production plans reasonably according to customer requirements.
- Responsible for contacting and managing external vendors.
- Propose, analyze, implement, and enforce corrective and preventive measures related to the department.
- Provide guidance and inspection of subordinates' work.
- Implement the company's safety, environmental protection, and production policies and regulations.

**What We Want from You**
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese as a working language, understanding Japanese is an advantage.
- Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14000 standard.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels and with different backgrounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
