Review contract quantities and delivery schedules to ensure they are correct and achievable.
- Prepare quotations for clients and check invoices prepared by the team.
- Monitor material flow based on production plans and shipping schedules. Create and update monthly procurement plans.
- Coordinate with different departments during production to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory and materials, including handling defective items and proper disposal.
- Track production progress and adjust plans to meet customer needs.
- Communicate and build good relationships with external vendors.
- Identify problems, suggest improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and support team members to meet production targets.
- Make sure all activities follow the company’s safety and environmental policies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning, material control, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficient in **English and Chinese** (speaking, reading, and writing). **Japanese language** is a plus.
- Familiar with **ISO 9001** and **ISO 14000** quality and environmental standards.
- Willing to work in **Pasir Gudang**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
