- **Job summary**:
Handle ISO prep, SDS translation and filing, HS code updates, and liaise with authorities for document submission and clarification.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration handling such as:
- 1. ISO 9001 Certification Preparation
- Internal documentation review before audit
- Cross-check consultant's revised SOP with the current one to ensure ISO compliance

2. SDS Malay Translations
- Convert and translate EN to MY as requested by the Sales team

3. SDS Compilation and Housekeeping
- Rename, organize and upload SDS files to the BU SharePoint

4. HS Code Compilation and Updates
- Extract product details from MCR Workflow and SDS to update the Regulatory Master List

5. Ad-hoc Liaison with Authorities

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Science, Food, Nutrition or Pharmaceutical field
- Meticulous with attention to detail.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Works well in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
