Job Title: Admin Intern (Procurehere Department)

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Intern to join the Procurehere team. The intern will provide administrative support and assist in outreach activities, including cold calling, data management, and coordination tasks. This role offers valuable exposure to procurement solutions, client engagement, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Procurehere team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assist in cold calling activities to potential clients and partners.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, call logs, and follow-up records.
  • Prepare and send out emails, proposals, and other communication materials.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and documenting minutes.
  • Coordinate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to external parties.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player.
